On the last day of term 3 we did some activities in our houses. We played duck, duck, goose, rob the nest, line tag, big ball soccer, noodle soccer, obstacle course, bike riding, throw a ball into a bucket and a dart board. One thing I liked doing was rob the nest. Rob the nest was so confusing for me because it was different to how I play it.

Measurement DLO
In Te Maunga we did a Measurement DLO. We learnt about area and perimeter. One of the activities we did was where we had to use squares to find the area of the shape. My favourite part was doing the DLO because it was easy and it was the main part of it. Do you like Measurement?

Measurement
In Te Maunga we have been doing measurements. We learnt how to tell the time and we also learnt how to measure in degrees celsius. My favourite part was measuring degrees celsius in 3 different bowls. The first bowl had hot water, the second bowl had warm water in it and the last bowl had cold water in it. Do you like Measurement?
